Juan Luis Macedo

Juan Luis Macedo is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and community advocate whose work is rooted in service, family, and legacy. In 2013, alongside his sister Marisa Macedo, he co-founded The Great Multi Services & Esmeralda Agency (GMS/EA) — a life and health insurance agency born out of a shared vision to protect and empower their community. What began as a small family venture has since grown into a trusted name, built on compassion, integrity, and the belief that everyone deserves access to resources that can change their future.

Inspired to expand that impact, Juan Luis went on to launch MRG Realty, where he leads as both a real estate broker and mortgage loan officer. Through this work, he helps individuals and families not only find a place to live — but build equity, opportunity, and long-term financial security.

A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (Class of 2024), Juan Luis is actively involved in industry leadership and advocacy through the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Global Advisory Group and Governmental Affairs and Advocacy. At the core of everything he does is a deep belief in people — their potential, their dreams, and the legacy they’re building for the next generation.
